For the 2017 Valentine Truffles we decided to collaborate with Rebecca's brother James (the same James we named our award winning chocolate bar after). If you've ever been to Woodwork there's a good chance he was the one behind the bar creating your cocktail. The art of crafting a cocktail requires technical skill and creativity just like working with chocolate. We're excited to present our interpretation of the following classic cocktails. 

February is finally upon us and Valentine's day is almost here! Join us on February 9, 2014 from 2-5pm at the studio to nibble on some chocolate and pick up a box or two of the delectable new truffle collection.
